Making the Good Times Last.

Cowan Historic Mill - The Evening of July 29, 2023

What in the world is this?

We. Love. Weddings.

The older we become, the fewer wedding invitations flow through our mailboxes. What used to feel like an obligation, over time, became something to look forward to. A dance party with several of your closest friends. A reason to dress up, drop the kids off with grandma. Whether it is the band, the food, the bar, or a combination of all these things- what weddings create are memories. connections. sick dance moves.

Since we are older, and the vast majority of our friends are married, the reality is that we will have to wait until our children get married; or our friend’s children. That is a long time to wait for a party. Am I right?

We aren’t waiting.

We are throwing our own wedding reception, and lucky dog, you! You made the first annual invite list. Whether it was because we have seen you on the dance floor, or we just want to, you made it.

Complete with our hand-picked Bride & Groom, this wedding reception is as real as it gets. (Minus the ceremony, of course) And, in order to tell your boss, your babysitter, your neighbor the truth- we have named our little project “My Cousin’s Wedding”.
